Discuss Your Project

We work alongside local shading specialists and custom integrators on every project. They visit site, verify the details with you, and stay across the build as trades come and go. If a specialist is already on the project, we liaise with them directly. If not, we'll connect you with one.

Before Your Order Goes to Manufacture

Your specialist verifies every window on the project — confirming box positions, corner details, and finishes. Depending on the project, that might be a site walk-through, sign-off from drawings, or a written window schedule.

Box corners can be plain, flanged, or mud-in flanged. Window corners can be mitred, square, or shaped. Every combination gets checked before anything goes into production. No surprises on delivery day. No rework after install.

Pre-Install Checklist

What gets coordinated with your specialist during the build.

What to lock in

  • Exact location of every box and track — relative to window, ceiling, and finishes
  • Void depths, recess sizes, and fixing details for every blind pocket
  • Where wiring enters each box and how it's routed to the electrical design
  • When the boxes land on site — timed to frame-up, not before
  • How the shading install sequences with your ceiling programme

How your specialist helps

  • Box and track positions set out on site, marked on your drawings, or both
  • Details confirmed before the frame closes
  • Wiring entry and prep worked out with your electrician — on every project, motorised or not
  • Delivery scheduled to your programme, so boxes arrive when you need them
  • Scope coordinated with your ceiling programme
